Carbohydrate Structure Database (CSDB) is a regularly updated database of natural glycans. It provides structural, taxonomical, bibliographical, NMR spectroscopic and other information on carbohydrates and their derivatives found in prokaryotes, plants and fungi. CSDB has a high coverage and data quality, allows various types of search and statistical analysis of data. It is able to predict NMR spectra of glycans and to rank structures based on experimental NMR data. CSDB is freely available in the Internet at http://csdb.glycoscience.ru.
